**Salary: US$48,000 (Expatriate Package)**

Join an exclusive luxury spa in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional wellness experiences. We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager with a proven track record in upscale spas, to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and foster a serene atmosphere for the guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee all spa operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning**:

- **Manage and train a team of spa professionals, promoting growth and high service standards**:

- **Drive sales and guest engagement through personalised service offerings**:

- **Maintain spa hygiene and safety standards in line with local regulations**:

- **Work closely with other departments to coordinate promotions and guest experiences**:

- **Handle budget management, inventory control, and reporting**

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience in luxury spa management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage a diverse team in a high-end environment

Familiarity with international spa treatments and wellness trends

Understanding of the local culture is a plus, but not required
