**Description du poste**

Afin de contribuer au développement de notre département Media, nous recherchons un(e) Country Manager SEO pour nos sites français. Vous serez entièrement en charge des sites web dans les industries iGaming et Finance et vos principaux KPI seront Trafic, Clics et Revenus.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Content, UX/UI, Linkbuilding, Sales/CRO, QA & Tech qui vous fourniront tous les rouages pour écraser les concurrents.

Vos principales missions seront:

- Analyser la concurrence en profondeur et faire de la rétro-ingénierie de leurs meilleures pratiques (Contenu/UX/Linkbuilding/CRO/QA/Tech).
- Identifier les opportunités de mots clés et créer des pages puissantes
- Déterminer une stratégie de référencement de contenu à long terme
- Commander du nouveau contenu (et optimiser le contenu existant).
- Participer à la stratégie de link building pour construire l'autorité des sites web.
- Découvrir de nouvelles marques et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente pour optimiser le revenu moyen par visiteur.
- Améliorer notre UX et répondre à la recherche des utilisateurs mieux que les concurrents.
- S'assurer que nos sites sont à jour et parmi les meilleurs de l'industrie.

**Votre profil**

Vous êtes français(e)
Vous parlez couramment l'anglais
Vous avez de l'expertise en SEO (contenu et technique) et de l'expérience avec les outils de référencement.

Vous avez de l'expérience en Affiliation
Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement international
Vous êtes curieux(se) et désireux(se) d'apprendre
Vous savez comment analyser les concurrents et les surclasser.
Vous avez de l'expérience avec WordPress
Vous êtes familier(e) avec Google Analytics
Si vous êtes intéressé(e) par le marketing vidéo sur YouTube, c'est un plus.

Expérience en management, c'est un plus

**Conditions**

Poste à temps plein
A distance ou dans nos bureaux à Chiang Mai (Thaïlande)
Horaires : 35h/semaine. Au moins 4 heures en commun avec l'heure de Bangkok
