Human by nature.**Customer Care Representative - Your future position?**
Location: Thailand, Bangkok
- Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager, Thailand- 1-year Contract role.- You are responsible on Customer Orders Managements aspects, including: order processing; ensure all customer requirements are met and Timely order fulfillment which reflected by OTDR.- On a daily basis, you can look forward to:
- Receiving and entering orders, Invoicing in NATbase/SAP, respecting order entry procedures & KPI.
- Provide the necessary support to customers and affiliates to meet customer requests
- Communicate to customers about orders & shipments and also arrange shipping documents or/ and other mandatory documents for import clearance.
- Coordinate with the various departments to ensure departures and deliveries.
- Responsible for the other customer care activities.
- Manage internal and external customer problems, complaints and feedback.
- Handles return product from customer ex. Quality issue
- Issue credit and debit notes if necessary.
- Adapt communication methods to the emergency and the problem.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within Customer Care.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in customer service, order management or sales administration at least 3 years.
- Fluent in English.
- A thoughtful personality with skill, customer-oriented problem solving skill attitude and preciseness.
- Individual contributors, Work independently, Vocal and able to share with the team.
- Experience of knowledge transfer activity is an advantage
