**Responsibilities**:
Our Client is a top tier international customer service outsourcing company in the world looking for** Customer Care Advisor**, you will be responsible for handling issue for travel insurance and provide solution to customer via the phone call effectively.
(Hybrid working Policy, Working 5 days/Week)
- Handle all the inbound and outbound calls for customers properly and promptly
- Be the point of contact for Executive assistant and responsible for providing customer care
- Coordinate with our partners or third party in Vietnamese and support to solve the issue
- Input and update all the records in system or files properly
Location : MRT Rama 9

**Experience requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fresh graduates will also be welcomed
- Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner, good analytical skill, attentive to details
- Be able to work in shifts
