Business Development Manager

We're hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager to fuel the growth of our well-known freight forwarding company. As a key player on our team, you'll identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base. Your focus will be on implementing effective sales strategies, promoting our services, and building strong industry relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Spotting Opportunities: Conduct market research to uncover potential customers, market trends, and competition. Proactively pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets.
- Sales and Account Management: Build a robust sales pipeline, convert leads into profitable partnerships, and achieve revenue targets. Foster strong relationships with decision-makers and ensure seamless service execution.
- Business Development: Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competition to drive growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with industry players to expand services and drive mutual growth. Attend events and trade shows to network and enhance our brand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Identify improvement areas and optimize sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven success in sales and business development within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong understanding of freight, warehouse, market dynamics, and trends.
