**Role overview**
Citi’s Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) global platform is unique in industry for its reach, interoperability, and flexibility. It provides clients with integrated cash management, working capital and trade finance solutions with a worldwide network of dedicated and experienced transaction services professionals, and the industry’s most comprehensive suite of digitally enabled tools to serve clients anywhere they do business.
The role is responsible for origination and direct management of local and global deals, managing FI & NBFI clients with buying centers in Thailand & Cambodia. Objective is to drive fee-based opportunities by delivering value & solving for friction areas, developing a deep and dynamic understanding of our clients’ business model in partnership with BCMA, Product, Markets, Service and Global teams, positioning Citi as a thought-leader in the FI sector in Thailand.
The portfolio of clients will consist of FI & NBFI Clients including Banks, Insurance, Asset Management, Broker and Dealer and FinTech Clients.
The job reports to TTS Country Head for Thailand with matrix to TTS FI Sales Head for ASEAN.
**Key/Selected Responsibilities**:
- Execute the FI & NBFI sales strategies in Thailand for the assigned portfolio, in conjunction with global and country partners, developing deep relationships with key clients. Retain clients and grow volumes/values. Identify cross-sell opportunities with clients.
- Focus on identifying pain points, friction areas adjacent to TTS value proposition of micro differentiators of today or future. Acquire new flows, new clients and replicating the solutions; focus on international cash management. Global payments to drive fee-based outcomes.
- Client presentations - Develop and deliver presentation and marketing collateral for effective selling and gaining client’s mind share
- Responses to Request for Proposals working with the Product Sales team, Proposal Unit, and the Product Team, develop and deliver high quality, customized responses.
- Keep abreast of customer needs & market trends through continuous interaction with clients, coverage & product, participation in industry workshops, conferences, and Citi events
- Work closely and in co-ordination with the FI Sector banking partners
- Co-ordination for global deals, provide input for new product development and innovation
- Mega deals win and achieve target growth on fees revenues and widen client base contributing to growth (diversification)
- Drive active participation in the Sales Campaign - Ideas-In-Action to bring ideas to clients and business origination
- Drive thought-leadership including regional visibility and awards / recognition
**Delivers Results**:
- Drives fees origination across all products to achieve agreed origination growth targets, including: Cash Management, Cards, Trade and Cross Currency at parent company and its global subsidiaries
- Drive achievement of Wins goals, retaining core business and focus on new business
- Maximize Global Revenue Ramp Up from new deals; Support global ramp up model
**Experience required**:
- A highly motivated professional with prior experience in selling TTS Product Suite; Global Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Commercial Cards and Cross-border Trade Finance prepared to drive a focused sales effort with targeted acquisition of new flows and new clients.
- Deep knowledge of NBFI sector segment, commercial flows and leading business trends and friction areas of NBFI Clients.
- Excellent communication skills, strong executive presence, demonstrated sales track record

**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Thai and English
- 10+ years of experience (preferred)
