- To supervise and control the day-to-day Automotive Customs Clearance operation and support in guidance and problem solving.
- To supervise the Automotive Customs Clearance team.
- To handle the Key account management of assigned customer.
- To manage and extend an excellent service to Automotive customers.
- To advise and give solutions on customs issues to customers.
- To identify and assign correct Customs Tariff for customer product.
- To maintain excellent relation with Customs Department and related Government Agencies.
- To implement and execute work accordingly to work procedure.
- Any special assignment by Manager, Automotive Customs Clearance.
- ** Requirement**:

- Qualification:

- 10 years working experience in the same field.
- Excellent experience in the Sea & Air Customs Import/Export Clearance.
- Excellent knowledge in customs Regulations and privileges.
- Good experience of Customs Import Clearance process with in-depth knowledge in Customs
- Regulations and privileges related to Automotive industry and Free Zone Manufacturing Handling
- Good connection with customs department and related Government Agencies
- Excellent knowledge of Harmonized Code and Import regulations
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office Excellent knowledge in Customer Service and highly service minded mentality.
- Customs Specialist License
- Good English spoken / written

Basic Training:

- Basic ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
- Compliance
- Company computer program
- Customs clearance
- Customs Specialist Certificate (is advantage)
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: None
- ** Working Hour**: 9.00 ~ 18.00
- ** Holiday**: Sat-Sun
