**รายละเอียดงาน และ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ**

**BASIC FUNCTION**:
Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in all design and technical services aspects and activities of Centara Hotels & Resorts, while being pivotal to overall design and technical formulation, recommendation, implementation, and development, and to be in charge of Design & Technical Services of Corporate Office.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for fulfilling the company´s obligations as defined for each new project in the Technical Assistance Agreement
- Oversees the asset management team in ensuring capital investment plans and projects for owned properties are prepared and executed as required
- Responsible for ore designed-focus and project management - focused instead.
- Performs and/or monitors all preventive and corrective maintenance programs in buildings (hotels and offices).
- Request funding within budgeted limits for purchases of supplies and equipment, equipment repair and maintenance, and alterations.
- Carry out inspections of property and services.
- Prepare reports and reports to management on a periodic basis or as required.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance work as approved and required, and also based on administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
- Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site.

**CRITERIA**:

- Bachelor's degree (Architecture / Interior Design)
- Previous experience in property management / design project management or real estate will be a plus.
- Detailed knowledge of statutory regulations and safety standards pertaining to the built environment according to international standards.
- Extensive knowledge of building trades; general building practices
- Knowledge of life safety systems
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Strong organization and strategic planning skills, with the ability to creatively execute strategy and drive results.
- Good knowledge of project management and financial management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
