PRTR is working with a company in the supplement and healthcare business.
**Responsibilities**
- Designing strategy and set goals for the company’s growth.
- Maintaining budgets and optimizing all activities and expenses.
- Setting policies and processes align with the company.
- Ensuring employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance.
- Preparing regular reports for upper management.
- Ensuring staff follow health and safety regulations.
- Providing solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
- Creating buy-in for the pet’s products vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Developing pet products pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translating pet products strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact.
- Acting as a pet products evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
- Representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations.
**Requirements and Skills**
- MS/BS degree in **Veterinary Medicine**, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Business, or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in Sales management roles.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, procurement, operations, etc.).
- Strong analytical ability with Problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
