Our client is an industry leader in the provision of digital solutions, offering digital infrastructure products, spanning across compute, storage, networking, 5G, security, terminal, and related domains, and providing a comprehensive one-stop digital platform that includes cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), industrial internet, information security, intelligent connectivity, and edge computing, as well as end-to-end technical services.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyzing customer needs and providing professional technical solutions.
- Handling output - product BoM, technical solution presentation.
- Handling project bidding, and preparation of response materials.
- Handling product development, feature presentation, and demonstration of basic product features and functions.
- Cooperating with sales staff to assist in achieving sales performance goals.
**Requirements**:
- Have more than 2 years of relevant pre-sales work experience in the industry.
- English communication skills are preferred.
- Familiar with the basic knowledge of switches, routers, WLAN, security, and servers, and be able to independently complete technical support work.
- Have good communication and presentation skills, be able to accurately understand customer needs, and provide professional solutions.
- Have good publicity skills, be able to participate in activities organized by the company, and be responsible for product publicity and display.
- Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit, and customer service awareness.
