**The Opportunity
The role of Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. This role is the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Thailand.

You will work both independently and within the Thailand and Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. This is a somewhat autonomous role, where you need to be comfortable with making front line decisions and putting forward recommendations to improve process efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of service resulting in the achievement of the monthly sales targets.

Reporting to the General Manager Thailand, this role is a permanent role with standard business hours and on site in our Thailand Office.

**Responsibilities of the Key Account Executive**
- Assess customers’ needs and position our product offering accordingly
- Achieve allocated monthly sales target
- Present product information and demonstrate how the product works
- Communicate and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe CardioScan services utilizing effective selling skills
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
- Keep detailed records of all local customer contacts
- Manage account information and buying trends
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Plan work schedules with weekly and monthly timetables for the assigned territory
- Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly sales reports

**About you**
- 1- 2 years’ experience of Sales or Specialist in Medical Product Business or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in medical/science/medical equipment or equivalent
- Influent ability with software and programs relevant to medical equipment
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
- Able to effectively work autonomously and independently with mínimal supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel within a specified geographic region
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with company expansion plans
- Be a self-motivated, pleasant individual with a strong customer service focus

- Analyzes and resolves software and computer related problems ensuring all sites operate at maximum efficiency for our customers.
- Works with Sales Representation and Principal (GE Healthcare) to achieve Sales target - Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy Customer needs.
- Works with other departments to ensure all aspects of pending rollouts have been communicated and executed.
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization.
- Ensure knowledge of/and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.
