- **Manage an efficient and effective full life-cycle recruiting process - design, drive, develop, and maintain recruitment process in the organization.**:

- **Draft adverts, job details and person specifications and co-ordinate internal/external advertising and recruitment campaigns.**:

- **Check background and reference, including conduct such as English, personality and attitude test to ensure that they have the necessary skills for a specific job.**:

- **Arrange interview with line managers and acting as communication agent till the recruiting process is completed.**:

- **Manage, develop, and lead the team of HR recruiters.**

- **Strong Working knowledge of recruitment principles processes and best practices.**:

- **Fast learner, work well under pressure managing multiple priorities a must.**:

- **Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skill and self-driven.**
