**Job Summary**:
Join CREA as a Recruiter/Administrator to streamline our recruitment processes and manage administrative HR tasks. This dual-role is ideal for someone with a flair for talent acquisition and efficient administrative management.

**Recruitment (60%)**:

- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.

**Administrative Tasks (40%)**:

- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Support HR documentation and assist in office management tasks.
- Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong skills in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, PIVOT) and MS PowerPoint.
- High passion for joining an e-commerce business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
