DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Calculate, summarize, analyze and manage the various City Ops Operations costs.
- Review and evaluate the performance of Operations to be consistent with the cost.
- Liaise with internal departments (Operations SPX team) and external agencies (Outsource Subcontractors) regarding additional human and fleet traffic
- Check your usage and billing balance. Subcontractor each owner and team
- Other costing-related tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, no specific field required.
- Excellent in communication, negotiating, and co-ordinate with other teams
- Have analytical skill to measure performance and monitor process of operation
- Basic Excel/Microsoft Office/Google G-Suite is required
- Experience in the logistics industry, especially Express business is a plus
- Can-do attitude, Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work 6 days per week. Flexible in working days
