- Develop and maintain costing methodology and costing model to calculate cost per order
- Work with PCM/Finance Admin to update assumptions for Rental and G&A by location. Also work with the SHP Finance team on updating FTE, Depreciation for Weekly, Monthly budget. Create and update all cost assumptions for FTE/Temp, Rental, G&A by mile for Full Year P&L forecast (by month)
- Control budget spending by function and activities: Manage budget control activities, proactively track and monitor spending to ensure spending is within target

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related fields.
- At least 3 years experience in financial analysis, technology firms, financial services or management consulting.
- MS Excel (Intermediate).
- Able to communicate in English (Reading & Writing).
- Statistics and Analytical thinking skills.
- Good logical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Have an open mind. Is adaptive to changes.
- A start-up attitude - willing to work hard to get things done.
- Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel.
- Strong business acumen with experience using SQL is a plus.
- Having experiences working in a start-up or technology firm is a plus.
