Business Development Executive

Our client is Thailand’s leading freight forwarder solution.
**Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for overall sales performance and strategic planning of own accounts.
- Developing, maintaining, and sharing detailed knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behavior, decision-makers, customer business drivers, and competition.
- Driving the development of existing and new markets and trade lanes.
- Establishing and developing the account relationships based on a defined strategy.
- Acting as a focal point for customer resolution and claims.
- Planning, facilitating, and conducting customer negotiations.
- Collaborating with different functions to ensure volume, mix, and profitability targets are met.
- Ensuring the services are delivered to customers in a correct and timely manner.
- Being responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
- 3 years of experience in Business Development roles in the logistics industry.
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Customer-oriented, self-disciplined, results-focused with a can-do attitude.
