As a QA Lead at IBM, your analytical and technical skills will directly impact the quality of the software we create. Whether the testing is manual, automated, or cognitive, you hold a key role in releasing the best deliverables to IBM’ers and our clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Leads QA strategy across tracks for the client program
- Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Familiarity with JIRA and selenium
- Experience with agile based testing

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 2 year experience working as the QA Lead setting up test strategy, direct and perform overall test management and execution
- 5+ year of UAT experiences on digital channel including preparing testing scenarios, testing data and execution.
- Experiences on tool - JIRA
- Works together with product owner and software developer to enhance the programs and fix all reported defects
- Good in status reporting and communication, detail oriented and self-motivated person is preferred.
