Key Responsibilities
- Act as an HR interface / representative within the country, working towards building and sustaining professional, collaborative relationships with GEA management and employees, acknowledgeing HR as a strategic business partner that adds value to their commercial interests.
- Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders to foster cross-functional communication, ensuring effective outcomes / performance within the business on HR topics, initiatives, and issues at a country level.
- Ensuring accessibility and availability to management and staff in order to be a trusted advisor and consulting partner, through maintaining strong interpersonal relationships, knowledge base and customer focus.
- Provide HR assistance and (where appropriate) individual case support in relation to people management challenges and queries which arise on an operational basis.
- Support and / or lead general HR management processes, policy development and compliance initiatives.
- Support the global HR projects, for their implementation at country level, including global change initiatives and implementation within the countries. Work with senior management to plan initiatives for acceptance of change.
- Support talent and performance management, including identification of critical workforce requirements (skills, competencies, performance, etc.,) and support key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, high-potential employee development, succession planning, supporting managers for setting and evaluating performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals, etc.)
- Support in the implementation of annual salary and bonus adjustments as per global guidelines and processes.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to labor and industrial relations requirements.
- Provide guidance for streamlining and simplification of transactional HR processes and tasks, thus enabling HR Operations to support employees including managers with quick and easy access to HR services.
- Support data accuracy of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Workday.
- Working independently with limited supervision.
- Display behaviours that reflect the Company values.

Position Requirements
- Native Thai with a can-do attitude and hardworking
- Good proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Highly familiarize with Thai labor laws and legislations, Malaysia labor laws is preferred
- Experience in Mercer benchmarking work experience is highly preferred
- Excellent team player with a collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
- Possess good interpersonal skills and strong ability to connect with various stakeholders
- Hands on, self-motivated and can work with utmost confidentiality and trust
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Bachelor in HR, Business or its related field
- At least 5 years of related full spectrum HR work experience in an MNC environment
