**HR Executive**

As an HR Assistant at VIS Thailand, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and other HR-related activities. The HR Assistant will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and other team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements in Thailand.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
- Handle all the HR functions remotely
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events, considering local customs and culture.
- Help administer HR programs, such as performance evaluations and employee benefits, following Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in data analysis for HR metrics.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
