**Responsibilities**
- Designing and delivering OD and change management strategies, processes, and interventions to include initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement
- Managing human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality
- HR Projects: Leading or participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, process improvement, HR system implementation, or other strategic initiatives aligned with business needs
- Accomplishing special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; and changing assumptions and direction.
- Guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum years of experience in human resources with 5 years in a retail business.
- Good managerial skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Quick thinking, flexible, and responsible, with a positive attitude.
