Experience: 6 months - 1 year in Customer Service, Travel, or Hospitality
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (minimum B2 level).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay: ฿1,000.00 - ฿1,750.00 per month
