- Create training videos for customers on how to use the product.
- Provide onsite and online remote training for customers.
- Implement best practices for on-boarding new customers.
- Monitor hotels performance by analysing analytics and recommend the best course of action for improvements.
- Provide basic support when needed
- Help manage relationships with 3rd party value added partners.
- Relay critical information to support and technical services teams based on findings during customer engagement.
- Manage customer accounts assigned to you.
- Host follow up calls once customers complete the onboarding process.
- Work with Customer Solutions and Support team to transition customers to new feature upgrades.
- Work with the marketing team to collect contact information on which customers should receive newsletters regarding new features.
- Upsell customers on product add-ons during follow up meetings.
- Provide value added feedback to engineering and design teams about product direction and feedback from customers and partners.
- Potential travel within and outside of Thailand
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor degree, 22-27 years
- Fluent English skills verbal and written / TOEIC score of 650 or above (Listening: 300, Reading: 350)
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with both native and English as a second language speakers over the phone
- Great customer service mindset and good relationship building.
- Comfortable with using computers and various different types of communication software
- Advantages: Previous customer service experience, basic sales skills, data analyst skills, and advanced computer skills
