As a customer success manager, you will help our customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

- We emphasize** research, collaboration, proper technical design** over plain coding - we believe high-quality system starts from a proper preparation and thorough architectural design.
- We love** ideation, brainstorming**, but not fighting.
- We do love new technologies, we love to try them but the most important is the **suitability of those technologies with our development.**
- Our leadership **team who will coach you **consist of our CTO who certifies **AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional certification** - and our Project Advisor - who has more than **20 years of enterprise project management experience.**
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value of our products and services
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success

**Your ideal profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
