- 1. Performing administrative and office support activities to the department:
- Proceeding and completing department’s expense reimbursement.
- Handling permit fee of all related permits with power plants.
- Ensuring that all permits are valid and renewal on time.
- Preparing minute, agenda and related tasks for the department meeting.
- 2. Supporting other activities in required by supervisor or department.- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts, Business Administration or related fields.
- 0 - 3 years’ experience in administrative or secretarial work.
- Experience in Navision or SAP would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skill, service-minded and mature to external and internal parties and ability to handle complicated tasks.
- Good command in English.
- Ability to use MS office.
- Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
