**_Qualifications_**
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or any other related field from a reputable university
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales, business development, marketing, communications, strategic partnerships or related fields
- Previous experience working in a start-up or dynamic high-growth company is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Thai
- Ability to design and implement sales strategy, set sales target and achieve them effectively
- Outstanding ability to communicate and articulate ideas
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently with a determined approach to achieve success in a high-pressure environment
- Self-motivated with a bias toward action
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Collaborative and able to work closely and effectively in multiple roles simultaneously
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.
- Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Able to initiate and manage change in a fast pace environment
- Strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to
- day basis

**_Roles and Responsibilities_**
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Proactively generate leads and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients
- Deliver business presentation, related report that will convince potential partners to do business with the company and ensure the follow-up
- Build sustainable relationships by improving the activities for partner engagement such as arranging regular meetings, getting feedback, and following up as necessary
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Conduct market research to understand new product trends and consumer needs
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify, and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Perform data analysis to define business opportunities for new and existing customers
- Analyze and present insights to the team
- Coordinate across different roles on analyses requested and special projects
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company

**Salary**: ฿25,000.00 - ฿70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales or Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
