- To assist Senior Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager in overall brand performance, activities and analysis tasks including those marketing operations, coordination, and meeting attendance.
- Assist Senior Brand Manager /Marketing Manager to plan and execute brand campaigns and activities to achieve brand and business objectives i.e. brand communication, IMC & Media plan (including social media, brand website and e-commerce), development of packaging/ POSM/ premium, sampling.
- Develop and manage Inno/Reno pipeline follow portfolio strategy, product mix, channel mix, pricing plan, SKU rationalization.
- Develop brand strategy and give recommendation base on brand performance analysis, consumer research & insight, campaign and activities tracking, market analysis, competitor update and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross functional team and agencies to deliver business results.
- Manage Brand A&P, P&L, Sales to achieve company and brand target.
- Contribute in monthly meeting such as BH monthly meeting, Demand Forecast, NPD, Sales & Marketing Meeting etc.

About you
- At least Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or any related filed.
- At least 3-5 years experiences in brand management, brand communication development and activation in FMCG, MNC.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Able to utilize and analyze consumer insight and market information.
- Strong collaboration skill, experience in project management including new product development.
- Experience in budget/ A&P /P&L management.
- Experience in medical marketing is a plus.
