Plan, process, develop, review and analyze in corporate governance matters to ensure that the PTTGC Group comply with any applicable laws, rules and regulations, ethical and social requirement regarding good corporate governanceand code of conduct at both local and international levels.

1. CG Compliance - Monitoring under the Corporate Governance policy of the Company and in compliance with laws, rules, regulations, CG principles, and business code of conduct - Plan, process, review, develop and analyze in corporate governance matters to ensure that the GC Group comply with any applicable laws, rules and regulations, ethical and social requirement regarding good corporate governance and code of conduct at both local and international levels - Conduct evaluation criteria for complying with criteria of the corporate governance polity and evaluate the efficiency of corporate governance policy - Analyze any corporate governance rules and regulations related to the Company - Drafting, reviewing and implementing corporate governance policy - Monitor and coordinate all functional units within the GC Group to act in alignment with standard corporate governance principle, rules and regulations stipulated by SET, SEC and related parties

2. CG Education - Creating and Promoting knowledge and understanding of related laws, rules, regulations, CG principles, and business code of conduct - Create and develop orientation materials, seminar, knowledge sharing related to the corporate governance and business code of conduct for employees, the Board of Directors and Executives - Review, research, analyze, develop, and publish news, newsletters and other publication of the new/revise rules and regulations of relevant laws concerning corporate governance and business code of conduct to be used as work references and present to the Executives, related departments and the GC Group - Supervise and develop corporate governance and business code of conduct information and materials to be disclosed to all stakeholders via both informal and formal channels such as internet, intranet, annual report and handbook. - Supervise appropriate system to store and update CG knowledge and provide support to promote CG knowledge throughout the GC Group

3. CG Meetings - Arrange meeting/seminar topics in related laws, rules, regulations, CG principles, and business code of conduct - Arrange the Sub-Committee’s meeting - Corporate Governance Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee - Manage and prepare meeting plans, notice, agenda, material and facilitate the meeting - Taking minutes of meeting - Support the Corporate Secretary’s Operational - Attend meetings, networking and coordinate with corporate governance agency i.e. SET, SEC, IOD, Thai Listed Company Association, Company Secretary Club, and CG department of PTT Group in order to develop CG system, update rules, regulations and best practices, and exchange relevant information and data

4. CG Communication - Communicate and promote Company’s role on corporate governance policy and business code of conduct to both internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure correct understanding and the importance of good corporate governance - Develop promotional activities in line with the corporate policy both within and outside of the GC Group in order to boost our strong adherence to corporate governance principle among stakeholders - Create Communication Plan to the Company’s employee for their understanding and consciousness of the corporate governance policy and business code of conduct - Preparing, monitoring, updating and developing related information in line with company business and produce medium to be disclosed to all stakeholders via both informal and formal channels such as internet, intranet, annual report and handbook - Process, develop and communicate CG knowledge throughout the GC Group and Company stakeholders, using varieties of channels and media to follow the best practices of CG handbook and business code of conduct also in line with CG policies of PTT Group

5. CG Assessment - Continue to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the Company’s role on corporate governance policy

**Job Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years working experience in corporate governance / compliance function/ or other related field.
- Capable to draft, review and revise document
