**Company Description**:
We are a leading company specializing in edtech industry. We are committed to providing excellent products and services to our clients. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Corporate Sale Manager to lead and inspire our sale team and build successful relationships with government, state enterprise, and association customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching, and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and customer success, to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Understand and effectively communicate customer needs to all departments to ensure effective organization-wide performance.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales status, adjustments, and customer feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to discover new business opportunities.
- Foster an environment of team collaboration and shared success.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sale management.
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience with government, state enterprise, or association customers required.
- (optional) Prior work in the education field will be given special consideration.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in Google Spreadsheet; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce/Pipedrive/Zoho) is a plus.
