We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our pharmaceutical multinational company (MNC) as the Head of Corporate Affairs. The incumbent will develop and execute comprehensive corporate affairs strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing communication and public relations activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The Head of Corporate Affairs will play a crucial role in shaping the company's reputation and promoting its image as a responsible and ethical industry leader reporting directly to the Country Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Building and managing relationships with related governments, key industry players, and media.
- Being responsible for developing and executing internal and** **external communication** **plans that positively enhance the corporate reputation.
- Developing and implementing appropriate Corporate Affairs strategies, programs, and policies for all stakeholders to achieve a positive image & brand in line with the corporate mission and vision.
- Promoting and positively representing the organization through internal and external communication. Including managing information related to the company’s project updates to be distributed to the shareholders and stakeholders.
- Assessing emerging industry policy and public affairs environment and developing or driving risk mitigation strategies in key areas such as innovation, access, healthcare reform, as well as corporate leadership and reputation.
- Building close collaborations with cross-Business Units (BUs) to develop and manage effective relationships with government, KOLs, patient groups, and key industry contacts as well as coordinating and overseeing in-market Policy and Public Affairs.
- Working with industry groups in formulating and executing government relations strategy/tactics on thought leadership and policy advocacy.
- Partnering with Corporate Affairs regional and global communications and media relations teams (in and above market), to initiate and support strategies to build corporate image and leadership profile on key therapeutic areas, such as vaccine, oncology, and cardiovascular as well as unbranded disease awareness initiative.
- Planning, spending, and tracking budget, in close coordination with the Country Manager, to support long-term business strategy.
- Proving track record with over 5 years of experience in Corporate affairs.
- Working closely with Nonprofit Organisations (NGOs) and Health Authorities to define registration strategy and planning.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within corporate affairs, public relations, or communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape, regulatory environment, and stakeholders' expectations.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including government agencies, industry associations, media, and community organizations.
- Proven track record in managing and executing successful corporate social responsibility programs.
- Knowledge of crisis management and issues management principles, with the ability to effectively manage reputational risks.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Ethical mindset and commitment to upholding the highest corporate governance and compliance standards.
- Open for Thai Nationals only who have good communication skills in English.
