**Position: Corporate **and** Sustainability Communication**

**Employment Status: Permanent**

**Working Day: 5 Days/Week**

**Location: B**angkok**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Internal & External Communication.
- Sustainability Communication and Process Maintenance.
- Supporting to Relations & Security Thailand, Government Affairs, and Community Engagement.
- Internal and external interactions.

**Job Propose**:

- Accountable in communications with both internal and external stakeholders for Thailand BU. This position must deal with Communications team at Head Quarter. Also, it must deal with publications, medias, media agencies, and corporate communication advisor where applicable. Interaction with communication team in another companies / peer group is also included.
- Leading in crisis communication management on behalf of Thailand BU.
- Coordinating with Corporate Secretary for communication strategies and key messages from Tier 1 downwards.
- Accountable in corporate sustainability communication and process maintenance, in focus of Thailand CSR goals and activities. This includes the whole process from the design of CSR programs that fit with UN SDG expectations and our Corporates Goals, providing information for Sustainability Report preparation on annual basis, thru to the auditing process.
- Leading in Sustainability supporting management systems where process maintenance is required.
- Support in Company Compliance management thru various modes of communications and engagement within Thailand BU.
- Gathering necessary data to support Audit & Integrity Compliance (A&IC) Team at HQ regarding compliance practices in Thailand BU.
- Monitor completion of compliance requirement procedures for the Relations & Security Thailand team.
- Supporting to other functions within Relations & Security Thailand.

**Responsibilities and Key Objective**:
**Corporate Communications**:

- Coordinate and communicate between the Company and media agencies and/or communication advisor. Communication with government agencies in relations to public relations and communications are within the scope.
- Create, plan, and execute of communication campaigns and communication materials for the business in Thailand.
- Communication for other affiliates in Thailand are included.
- Champion in intranet design, initiate and update contents for Thailand BU to communicate with our staff and promote our activities to other BUs.
- Champion in Corporates identity standards launching and controlling, e.g., presentation templates, uses of logo in different design materials.
- Act as Communication function leader in Thailand Emergency Management Team and leading in Crisis Communication function.
- Initiate and set up internal / external functions for the Company and able to be the emcees for those events.
- Prompt in handling and solving sensitive communications and engagement with key stakeholders, including composing engagement plans and strategies and control of key messages as required.
- Maintaining and update corporate audio-visual materials database.
- Translation of some documents to/from English and Thai.
- Coordinate, support, and following up the works with our office in Chumphon and Sattahip where applicable.
- Leading in organizing social events for internal and external purposes (e.g., Town Hall meetings, social events with key stakeholders).
- Any other was assigned by direct supervisor.

**Corporate Sustainability Communication**:

- Lead in preparing information on CSR program, Security & Human Rights to serve for Annual Sustainability Report preparation.
- Coordination with related functions at HQ is required.
- Derive the UN SDG and Corporates requirement into Thailand CSRs themes, goals, and projects in action.
- Lead in initiating additional monitoring and evaluation program to assess the effectiveness and achievement in our CSR program, e.g., SROI study.
- Lead and represent Thailand BU / CSR in corresponding to Sustainability Auditors.
- Lead in maintaining and executing of Management Systems that support to sustainability objectives in relations to Relations & Security Thailand work scope, e.g., Social Management System, ABMS.
- Other activities where appropriately required to serve this purpose on behalf of Thailand BU and Relations & Security Thailand function.

**Corporate Compliance**:

- Ensure of companys compliance policies and procedures are being adopted and complied for Relations & Security Thailand function.
- Maintain records of compliance approvals and make available for tracking / auditing in the digitally shared resources.
- Help ensuring Relations & Security Thailand activities will have zero non-compliance issue.
- Lead in communicating on Corporate Compliance to internal and external parties. ELO Thailand function may be assigned on annual basis.
