**Main responsibilities**:
- **1. Hiring & Recruitment**_
- Managing the recruitment and selection process: Sourcing, recruiting, training, motivating and retaining manpower in accordance to growth requirements of manpower plan;
- Supporting and suggesting improvements to the entire recruitment process. Host in-house recruitment events, organize learning and development programs;
- Being creative for improving company branding, developing the branding via multiple platforms;
- **2. C&B and Performance Management.**_
- Managing C&B processes: social insurance, health insurance, contracts and other paperwork;
- Consulting, proposing, developing systems to ensure the effective implementation of management functions, HR efficiency and creating a professional, effective working environment;
- Overseeing the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews as well as ensuring employee job satisfaction;
- Cooperating closely with various departments to make sure the efficiency of company’s operations;
- Nurturing a positive, energetic and professional working environment
- **3. Culture & Engagement**_
- Managing and controlling activities to build up and maintain teamwork spirit;
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company culture and business strategy;
- Being creative in doing internal & external events that align with the company culture
- Develop short-term and long-term programs/ plans for employee engagement and retention plans; build a Culture of Recognition & Reward for performance.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 8 years of experience in HR field in companies with fast paced development, with 500 employees and above; experience in management level is a plus;
- Excellent command of English (reading/writing/listening/speaking), must be able to work with native English speakers;
- Background in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company with an international culture and mindset is a preferred;
- Strong experience in mass recruitment under high pressure is a must;
- Solid understanding of Thailand labor legislation;
- Experience in new company setup is required;
- Be able to work under pressure, and make sound decisions;
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations;
- Good planning, time and project management skills;
- Good problem-solving skill, analytical/ observation skills;
- Excellent communication abilities and leadership skills;
- Good skills in MS office, Google Suite;
- Cultural skills - understands business issues and cultural differences.
