- Generating and analyzing reports to identify risk, tackle the problem and find solution & improvement
- Handling critical or chronic issues with internal / external parties to meet solutions
- Managing knowledge management / reinforcement for customer service staff
- Liaising with other internal / external parties for continuous improvement of customer service quality, process, rules and disciplines
- Miscellaneous (on assignment).
