Operation Support Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor DC operational performances include Transport field in regional scale, define and analyze problem for Process improving by leading solution implementation with DC operational / Transport Operation teams to ensure a process of effective management of operation and support functions to achieve internal and external’s KPI.
- Working with customer to come up with the solution that can be applied to existing operation.
- Lead and manages Operation team to design solution that suitable for both technical and business requirements and fit to customer’s requirement.
- Implementing the new scope and lead the project to ensure it ready to transfer to operation.
- Sets objectives and Delivers results that have some longer-term impact within the Job area. Accurate decisions and recommendations would normally result in the achievement of business results, would prevent noticeable delays in assigned work, and would limit the risk of moderate expenditures of time, human Resources, and/or funds.
- Responsible to the direct superior for his/her performance.
- Provides support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives required of his/her involvement.
- Maintains and enhances relations with the customers.
- Meets and communicates with the customers on a consistent basis in order to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Provides leadership support to his/her service teams.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in project management, warehouse operation or relate field in Logistics & Supply Chain business
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields
- Well understand logistic business circumstance especially Retails business field is desirable
- Office Tools: MS Office / Excel / Words / Project / Power Point/ Power BI
- Proficient to communicate both in English and Thai
- Strong analysis, problem solving, negotiation and communication skill
- Fast learner, hardworking, self-initiative, enthusiastic and customer oriented
- Able to work in dynamic environment which requires greater flexibility and adaptability
