**Job Profile**:
Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within established procedures and guidelines in assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer/account according to GTM guidelines (customer categorisation).
- Monitor and adapt sales activities on regular basis so that objectives are met.
- Visit existing customers and prospects according to GTM guidelines and existing sales processes.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Conduct appropriate training/consultancy.
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.
- Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization.
- Properly report visits and activities using Essity’s CRM system.

**Who You Are**
- Local talent, a professional sales representative whose willing to be placed for Up-country (Lower North-Eastern Area) in Thailand
- B.Sc. in Nursing, Medical Technology, Health Science or related fields
- Experience in selling medical/ pharmaceutical products is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented, presentation skills and energetic.
- Good command in English.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Have your own vehicle to mobile
