**Purpose of role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide efficient, professional and confidential executive support to the MD - SEAK using a range of effective and high-level administrative skills

**Responsibilities include**:

- Proactively contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the Executive’s team to meet organisational objectives.
- Manage diary appointments by proactively scheduling, organising and prioritising meetings to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Executive Member’s functions
- Organise and arrange travel, accommodation and expenses as point of contact for company travel agent
- Manage travel requests for Executive’s approval within function
- Manage corporate card and cash expenses and provide support for Concur system approvals Accurate document preparation and coordination of monthly Executive Meetings including printing pre reads, and other relevant reports
- Co-ordinate induction process for direct reports to the Executives & Teams.
- Support to the RISE Program to help power wellbeing through scheduling wellness consults, community groups, managing inbox & calendars.
- Support to the Culture Committee & Holistic Wellbeing Committee.
- Undertake Executive Assist cover duties as required
- Meeting facilitation including quarterly offsites, full team days, fortnightly connects, knowledge sharing sessions and Huddles.
- Event management for example Summits, End of Year celebrations, Value launches
- Distribute and send pre reads, set up PowerPoint presentations, agendas, and ad-hoc items for relevant functions while taking minutes and actions of meetings and ensuring these are distributed in a timely mannerRelationship management acting as a liaison between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders. Building and maintain strong, professional relationships with team members

**Who are you?**
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration, a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years administration experience in a corporate environment interfacing with executive level management, senior managers and board members
- Proactive Mindset: Always one step ahead, with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Technological Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, project management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skill capacity
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Superior verbal and written communication skillsProfessional discretion
