DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Maintain a good relationship with key service point partners to grow dropoff business with the partners in the long run
- Make sure that key service point partners can consistently achieve operational performance target and follow Shopee Xpress’s working procedure and policy
- Collaborate with the key partners in order to grow volume from outside Shopee platform to increase daily volume per service point
- Enforce penalty with every service point partner to make sure that every partner strictly follow Shopee Xpress policy, the enforcement includes giving warning, communicating with partners, and managing appeal case

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Have an experience in key account management or relationship management field
- Be familiar with Google Sheets and Excel, be able to use basic formula to summarize data
- Can communicate in English, only writing and reading are necessary
- Be able to adapt following a change in business and team direction
