**Assistant to GM Sales Team**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle tasks and assignments in compliance with corporate policies and procedure.
- Conduct general secretarial duties i.e. typing, filing, handling business.
- correspondence by preparing letters, document preparation for superior, appointment arrangement, visitor handling and administration management in responsible function.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in commercial/administrative or secretarial
- 3 years of work experience, preferably in multinational pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge/experience in support function, meeting arrangement and general secretarial tasks
- Time management
- Analytical skill and planning
- Possess interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Good responsibility and pleasant working attitude
- Excellent team player and enthusiastic with passion for success
- Good command of written and spoken English
