International Key Account Executive

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support Regional Sales Managers including creating sales documents and proposals, and generating reports related to sales activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Department, Supply Chain, and other departments in order to meet customer satisfaction and requirement.
- Receive calls from customers as a liaison between sales and customers if the customer cannot be contacted by a salesperson or in case of direct customer contact.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities, and check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Coordinate with various DM Departments aftersales follow-up when complaints arise
- Contact customers in order to respond or notify their inquiries, when required.
- Manage entire communications with client technical departments regularly to keep them updated with the latest Dextra developments
- Provide necessary suggestions on a proactive basis to assist sales development
- Prepare technical samples, and designs along with presentations to provide supportive technical data to customers.
- Other jobs upon further assignments.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Bachelor or higher degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Construction related field
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer literacy (MS Office)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and excellent influencing skills.
