**Senior Sales and Marketing Manager**
Abdoolally Ebrahim Housewares Limited (AEH) is part of the Abdoolally Ebrahim Group, which was established in Hong Kong in 1842. Innovating for 180 years, the company has grown into a market leading product development house and has extensive sourcing knowledge in the Housewares and Kitchenware industry.
With the recent launch of 2 House Brands and its redefined OEM business, AEH is looking to aggressively grow its client base and penetration into global markets.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Build a strong and growing pipeline for new customers through organic outreach, networking, and past contacts.
2. Qualify leads and develop an outbound outreach strategy which will build the new customer pipeline with clients who value AEH services and Fresh Choice’s offerings. Ensure new clients match the overall strategy and direction of the company.
3. Place ranges and planograms in key grocery and retail chains in target markets.
4. Ensure margin improvements are made periodically throughout the business.
5. Establish a distribution network globally for Fresh Choice and other House Brands.
6. Analyze current market trends and activity to identify business opportunities by generating active enquires and interest through active product / design offers to customer.
7. Work with the marketing team to assist in inbound marketing.
8. Prepare and implement annual budget / action plan to achieve the sales target, and drive sales activities to achieve sales goals

You can develop category management solutions for them, offering them an assortment of products from our House Brand that are relevant to their market and needs.
4. You are a Self-Starter, Driven and Entrepreneurial: You will be a key member of a small team in growing business and driving exponential growth. You should come to work as an entrepreneur coming up with ideas, strategy, and ways to grow business. You are proactive, you are motivated and aggressive to grow the business.
Other Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing and Branding related discipline.
- 8+ years working experience in international sales. Experience with management and growth of portfolio of distributor clients in multiple markets.
- Experience with product development **is an advantage.**
- Experience in Kitchenware/Housewares products is **a huge advantage**
- Experience and having passion in cooking is a plus.
- Team player, entrepreneurial, hardworking, self-motivated, proactive, and detail minded.
- Strong business mindset with sales-driven attitude, and well-developed team management skills. Experience managing remote teams is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good project management and customer service skills; good presentation skills and strong negotiation skills.
- Good in time management skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written). Ability to converse in Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus but not required. Any additional languages are an advantage.
- Overseas travel is required.
- Less experience will be considered as Business Development Manager.
