Business Development Senior Manager

Job Function: Sales/Business Development/Customer Services- Company: T.C. Pharmaceuticals Industries Co., Ltd.- Location: TH**Position Job Scope**:
Enhance distribution partners’ sales operations, drive operational efficiency, and foster a data-driven culture within the distribution networks. This position involves leadership and mentorship to support mutual business growth and the professional development of distribution partners and field force teams.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution partners across the region, identifying areas for improvement, providing necessary supports, and executing action plans
- Roll-out standardized DP targets of selling, tracking, and driving performance
- Enhance partner sales operations through digital tool implementation and data-driven management
- Influence stakeholders and build strong relationships to lead without direct authority
- Mentor and guide DP/FF teams for professional development
- Support the countries in ABP process in DP and FF plans. Share local DP/ FF best practices.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to field personnels across the region on sales/merchandising processes, tools, and best practices
- Set up target tracking workflow suitable for each market needs, and ensure the routines are realistic, beneficial, and respected
- Install Conditionality/Profitability/High ROI mindsets into DP/FF teams
**Job Qualification**:
- Proven experience in sales operations, field force management, and distributor development within the FMCG distribution industry
- Experience in developing and implementing sales operational dashboards
- Extensive experience in managing distributor teams using DMS-SFA and Merchandising Tools
- Ability to analyze data and interpret insights for strategic decision-making
- Deep understanding of the DMS-SFA, and Merchandising tools objectives + Ability to effectively guide stakeholders in adopting and leveraging suitable digital solutions for business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and influence skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build and to maintain strong relationships
- Proven ability to lead teams and initiatives with/without direct authority
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with each trip lasting between 3 and 10 days
- Fluency in English, with the ability to conduct training sessions and presentations effectively
