Customer Care Representative

Our client is a chemical scent business. Flavoring Chemicals Wholesale of industrial chemicals.
- Receiving and entering orders, Invoicing in SAP, respecting order entry procedures & KPI.
- Providing the necessary support to customers and affiliates to meet customer requests
- Communicating to customers about orders & shipments and also arranging shipping documents and/or other mandatory documents for import clearance.
- Coordinating with the various departments to ensure departures and deliveries.
- Being responsible for the other customer care activities.
- Managing internal and external customer problems, complaints, and feedback.
- Handling returned products from customers ex. Quality issue.
- Issuing credit and debit notes if necessary.
- Adapting communication methods to the emergency and the problem.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within Customer Care.
- Working Mon-Fri time 8.30-17.30.
- 1 year employment contract, with consideration for contract renewal.
**Your professional profile includes**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in customer service, order management, or sales administration of at least 3 years.
- Fluent in English.
- A thoughtful personality with skill, customer-oriented problem-solving skill attitude, and preciseness.
- Individual contributors, Work independently, Vocal, and able to share with the team.
- Experience in knowledge transfer activity is an advantage.
