Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Consumer journey design based on HQ / Product guideline.
- Customized web design based on user / visits / consumer group for better engagement.
- Analysis and monitoring performance of each websites and create improvement strategy.
- Need creative idea for better consumer experience and need strong Drive in order to make things happen
- Server and website performance and data security.
- Work with HQ and RHQ for new innovative project on website.
- Tracking and Tag implantation into website and also management tag.
- Must understand how to work on SEO and create SEO strategy by securing keyword for brand / product.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor / management
Leadership Responsibilities
- As a senior member of Performance marketing part, he must able to work with sub-ordinates, Outsourced members and agency together with RHQ/HQ team.
- Multiple roles are required in order to give clear direction for Graphic design, UX UI, contents, journey and contents.
- Agency management are critical due to many agencies are working in parallel.
Dealing and interaction with Internal and External Parties
Internal:
- CM/PM, Trade marketing, KAM, HQ/RHQ members, CRM team
External:
- Marketing agency, Research agency
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications / Key Skills Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience on e-commerce platform management related job with strong understanding of latest technology.
- Understanding of each products are must (MX, AV, DA, Monitor, AC).
- Understanding of End-users is a must and must be flexible to engage to each generation (MZ to old gen).
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and familiarity with best practices and web-based marketing is essential.
- Great interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have creativity to bring about channel differentiation and strong analysis skills to present and make decision with the team.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- People management skills.
- Well organized project management approach. Prioritization based on impact.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Thai and English (English ability is must).
