To provide our customer (mainly 3PL/forwarding company) with quality and reliable cross-border trucking services as their business partner.
【Daily Operation】
As a counterpart with customers,
- get a new booking request from customers, prepare necessary documents for transportation, and share instruction to other departments in Thailand or related countries.
- input necessary info into company internal system
- always update regular/ad hoc information with customers

As CS Manager,
- monitor and educate his/her own subordinates (currently 13 staff)
- understand current process, identify issues from high level, and proactively try to solve the problem/modify current SOP.
- ** Requirement**:

- 【Must】
- Male / Female, 35~45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- English Business level. Need communicate with another country staffs.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position in Logistic industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: English
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
- ** Holiday**:
