Manage export logistics operations including freight booking in order to achieve KPI and SLA agreed with customer.
Coordinate with related parties (i.e. carriers, transport vendor, warehouse) regarding any concerning issues to deliver service promptly.
Promptly communicate, provide information clearly to customers without any late response.
Manage and improve working process and enhance service level in meeting customer's changing needs.
**คุณสมบัติ**: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, International Business or other related fields.
GPAX at least 2.70 for Bachelor's Degree and 3.30 for Master's Degree.
At least 2 years experiences in Shipping line, Freight forwarding or any related fields.
Basic knowledge of incoterms and International Logistics are required.
Service-mind, Energetic, Well-Organized, Self-Initiates and Good Co-ordination skills.
Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC > 550).
