**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing a multi-level communication system and improve internal communication channels.
- Collect and analyze communication data from different departments and follow up on employee feedback and suggestions.
- Address employee complaints and manage internal labor disputes promptly.
- Design and implement reward and punishment programs.
- Conduct monthly turnover analysis and lead turnover improvement projects.
- Organize visits for managers to engage with grassroots employees and show support.
- Conduct, analyze, and report on employee satisfaction surveys.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Sociology, Law, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee relations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and experience handling labor disputes.
- Experience in turnover improvement projects.
- Responsible, proactive, thoughtful, and a team player.

**Additional Information**:

- Thai nationals are preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ฿70,000.00 per month
