Thailand Sales Manager

**Our client is a leading multinational company in the trade of pulp, paper, and board who specializes in sourcing and solutions for printing and packaging across global markets. With an impressive track record spanning over three decades and a relentless drive for growth, they have established over 15 offices worldwide. Our client is now seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to take lead in sales and guide the dynamic sales team to meet business targets.**:
The Sales Manager will be reporting to the Managing Director. They will mainly be responsible for the sales and the management of the team to meet sales budget and will be required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and search for new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and understanding and meeting their needs.
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase customer base and brand awareness.
- Set sales goals and lead and manage the sales team to reach those targets.
- Stay updated on competition and identify market opportunities and trends to execute new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate sales activities locally and regionally.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior sales experience in paper sector (essential) and sales management (4+ years)
- Good English abilities (written/spoken).
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and sales management skills.
