**Job Description: Administrative Officer - (Full-time)**

**Key responsibilities**

Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Prepare and process document and arrange vehicle for tax and insurance renewal
- Prepare and process documents for vehicle advertisement tax
- Prepare and process documents for vehicle plate registration
- Update maintenance schedule according to requirements
- Support asset tracking both stations, vehicles, and equipment
- Prepare and processAsset/S&M expense document and budget control
- Support other tasks as business need

**Qualifications**
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be a great plus
- Good command knowledge of MS Office
- Detail oriented would be a plus

We are a transportation tech company with extensive experiences in both software and hardware. Currently, our flagship products are MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, which since the 2018 launch, have served over 8.5 million trips with 600+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.
