**Role and Responsibility**
- Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Finance and HR departments.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and documents.
- Assist in preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Finance and HR teams.
- Provide support in employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Handle inquiries and requests from employees and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Prepare documents for contract agreements with partners
