Our services include employment background screening, whistleblowing systems, mystery shopping services, due diligence, process serving, research & market intelligence, asset tracing, skip tracing, claims investigations, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, trademark investigation and market surveys.

We are looking for a talented, well-organized, engaging and highly collaborative **Sales Administrator** to join our dynamic Sales Team in Thailand, helping them continue to achieve strong sales growth for the Company.
**Responsibilities**
Our Sales Administrator provides support to our Sales Department by:
- Helping the Sales Team implement a wide range sales related activities
- Maintaining client and contract database
- Filing and file management
- Managing sales tools and developing document templates;
- Communicating directly with the Managing Director and other key stakeholders in the Company including Heads of Department for Business Expansion & Marketing, and Operations.
- Registration of company for tenders including client e-Procurement systems
- Handling regional administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration or another relevant discipline
- At least 3 years experience performing this type of role
- able to work both independently and as a key member of a close-knit team
- Experienced in tender preparation and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in English language skills - spoken and written
- Attentive to detail
- Very well organized, and able to plan ahead
- Clear, open and timely communicator
- Strong time-management skills, deadline-oriented
- Dynamic with a 'can-do' attitude
- Proactive
