Manage and oversee the payroll consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll submissions and reporting.
Lead and mentor the payroll and benefits team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Administer and manage the company s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and maintain payroll-related documentation and filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations to management regarding payroll trends and issues.
Ensure compliance with federal payroll regulations and tax laws, staying up-to-date with changes in legislation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely within HR team, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with overall organizational goals.
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
